Hi, I’m Sarah and my mission is to help people make sense of how they are struggling with their mental health and support them to develop strategies and make changes necessary to achieve life goals. Life is stressful since COVID and the increased cost of living people have less resilience and are experiencing symptoms of stress that can be debilitating. This can impact sleep, appetite, mood and the ability to be able to relax and be in the moment. It can be difficult to gather your thoughts and stay focussed on the important things. Different people respond differently to different strategies and a comprehensive assessment is important to get the right course of action. There are some very effective techniques that I can share with you improve your mental health.
